• Be in good physical condition
• Be able to make sound independent decisions
• Be able to lift equipment onto their trucks
• Know the city well
• Have good interpersonal skills
• Be willing and able to take their turn in on-call rotation
• Be able to work overtime when required
• Be prompt and be able to pay attention to detail with paperwork
