3 Kitchen Helpers Wanted at a busy Saigon Sun Vietnamese Restaurant located at #245-200 Southridge Drive Okotoks AB. Wage $11.50 per hour. Benefits include gratuities and free meals. Main duties include:
• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits
• Assist cook in food preparations & serve as a runner for taking food ingredients etc. in and out of the cooler and freezer
• Pack take-out orders especially during high peak periods such as dinner time
• Remove trash and clear kitchen garbage containers
• Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards and other storage areas
• Sweep and mop floors and wash work tables, cupboards and appliances
• Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables
• Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and in serving areas
• Remove dishes before and after courses
• Perform other duties such as dishwashing, scraping and stacking dishes, carrying linen to and from laundry area and completing other task as assigned by superiors.
