Pacquiao defeats De La Hoya. It was a boxing match to be remembered forever. Pacquaio’s learning career has accelerated in the later part of his career as his left hand proved to be too much for de la hoya. Pacquaio was too fast, beating De La Hoya to the punch everytime. After 7 rounds, it was just too much for De La Hoya and ultimately resulted in De La Hoya’s corner throwing in the towel.
