		<description>just for a more garlicky flavor.saute chopped garlic till golden brown.then add the meat for browning before turning it back in the caserole,it definitely adds more flavor but dont reboil or reheat,just cover it till ready to serve to preserve the toasted garlicky smell,try it folks....</description>
